Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
By using the Blackstone Jackets UK website (blackstonejackets.co.uk) or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under English law. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify customers of material changes by email where possible.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours, textures, or details will be exactly as they appear in real life. Genuine leather products will have natural variations in grain, texture, and colour — these are characteristics of real leather, not defects.
- All products are handcrafted to order using genuine leather
- Minor variations from product photos are inherent to handmade goods
- We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice
- Product availability is subject to change at any time
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- Payment cannot be verified or is declined
- An error in pricing or product description has occurred
- The product is no longer available
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- The delivery address is outside the United Kingdom
Order modifications and cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order as production begins shortly after. Once leather cutting begins, we cannot cancel. Your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected — see Section 7.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of placing your order.
- Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the United Kingdom
- VAT is included in all displayed prices in accordance with UK law
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only
- A VAT receipt is available upon request — email support@blackstonejackets.co.uk
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
We do not store credit or debit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, you are protected against unauthorised transactions.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Free standard shipping is included on all UK orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. For full details, please read our Shipping Policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, if none is agreed, within 30 days. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, Royal Mail disruptions, or events outside our control (force majeure).
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. For full details including eligibility criteria, custom order exceptions, and the refund process, please read our Returns Policy.
In addition to our returns policy, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are in addition to and do not affect your other statutory rights.
As a UK consumer, you have rights under the following legislation which these Terms do not limit or exclude:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (excludes custom/personalised items)
- Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 — protection from misleading and aggressive commercial practices
- Payment Services Regulations 2017 — protection on card payments
If you have a dispute we cannot resolve, you may refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the UK's small claims court. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
