We work with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and DHL to ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible. We do not fix one carrier for all orders — instead, we select the carrier best suited to your specific location and delivery zone.

The carrier assigned to your order is chosen based on your delivery address to ensure the fastest and most reliable route to your door. Your carrier name and tracking number will be confirmed by email once dispatched.

Section 04Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also contact us at support@blackstonejackets.co.uk with your order number and we'll provide an update.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your dispatch confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to activate and display live updates.

Section 05International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including the European Union, the United States, and other countries. International shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping cost.
  • EU Orders post-Brexit: EU customers may be asked to pay import VAT and/or customs duties upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs clearance in the receiving country, which we cannot control.
  • Tracking: All international orders are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email upon dispatch.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us — we may still be able to arrange a shipment to your location.

Section 06Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Peak holiday or sale seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day sales, etc.)
  • Severe weather or natural events affecting UK or international carrier networks
  • Royal Mail or carrier industrial action or service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  • UK Bank Holidays when carriers do not operate
  • International customs delays beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities, but we will always assist you in resolving any shipping issues as quickly as possible. Please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Section 07Lost or Damaged Orders

If your UK order has not arrived after 10 business days from dispatch (or 21 business days for international orders), contact us immediately and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt
  • Email support@blackstonejackets.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund for all verified damage or loss claims. All shipments are insured for this reason. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

Is UK delivery really free?

Yes — completely free on all UK mainland orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Which carrier will deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or DHL — whichever best serves your specific location. Your carrier is confirmed in your dispatch email.

Can I change my address?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@blackstonejackets.co.uk. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made.

What if my order is late?

Contact us if your UK order hasn't arrived after 10 business days from dispatch. We'll open a carrier investigation immediately and keep you updated.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number and link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for it to activate in the carrier's system.
