We stand behind every jacket we craft. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free within 30 days. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are always protected.

Protected by UK Consumer Law. In addition to our 30-day returns policy, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of any sale or promotional purchase.
You may return any standard UK order item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must:
- Have been delivered to a UK address
- Be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
- Have all original tags and labels still attached
- Be returned in the original packaging where possible
- Not show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
Returns received after 30 days may not be accepted under our policy. However, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
Important: Do not send returns without a Return Authorisation number. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed. We recommend using a tracked postal service such as Royal Mail Tracked 48 and retaining proof of postage.
We offer size and colour exchanges within 30 days of delivery for UK orders, subject to availability.
- Follow the same return process outlined in Section 02 above
- State in your email that you'd like an exchange and specify the size/colour required
- We'll confirm availability and dispatch the replacement once the return is received and inspected
- We offer made-to-measure custom orders — email us with your measurements for bespoke sizing
If the requested item is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund or store credit instead.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item)
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the refund to your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund including original delivery costs within 30 days of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under our policy (your statutory rights remain unaffected):

Even where items are listed as non-returnable, if goods are faulty or not as described your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply and we will honour them in full.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

- Include your order number and a full description of the fault or discrepancy
- We will cover all return postage costs using a prepaid Royal Mail label
- A replacement will be dispatched or a full refund issued within 5–7 business days of receipt
Under UK consumer law, you also have the right to request a repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase if the item proves to be of unsatisfactory quality.
As a UK consumer, your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are in addition to — and are not limited by — our returns policy.
- Right to a refund: If goods are faulty or not as described, you have 30 days from purchase to reject them and receive a full refund
- Right to repair or replacement: After 30 days and within 6 months, you can request a repair or replacement first before a refund
- Right to a price reduction: If a repair or replacement is not possible or fails, you are entitled to a partial or full refund
- Distance selling rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel any online order from the date of receipt
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you have any concerns, you may contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or the Trading Standards for independent guidance.

Returns are accepted for orders delivered within the United Kingdom. We ship within the UK only, so all standard orders are eligible within the 30-day window.
